**Job Summary:** As a Dishware Sanitizer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen equipment and dishware. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality food service.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

**What You'll Need:*

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
