Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Specialist to join our team. As an Orthodontic Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Orthodontic services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice has a strong focus on teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Orthodontic services to patients, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and communicate with your team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental care techniques and technologies.

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

  • Guaranteed base pay in excess of $175,000 with uncapped bonus potential.
