Job Title: Neuro ICU Nurse

At Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neuro ICU Nurse to join our team. As a Neuro ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill patients with neurological injuries and diseases.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
  • Provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification - Nat'l.
  • One year recent acute care experience.
