Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients achieve their functional goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- For Physical Therapists (PT):
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, utilizing various techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications for recovery support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
- For Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA):
- Assist the PT in implementing and monitoring individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide hands-on therapy under the supervision of the PT, including exercises and therapeutic modalities.
- Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the PT.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with the PT and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.
- For Physical Therapists (PT):
- Doctoral or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid PT license in Indiana.
- Certification in any specialty areas is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in patient evaluation and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- For Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA):
- Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
- Valid PTA license in Indiana.
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic techniques.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
