Position Overview:

At Benchmark Senior Living Nashua Crossings, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NH Licensed Medical Nursing Assistant (MNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents in a nurturing and homely environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an MNA, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering personalized care to residents.
  • Maintaining a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
  • Communicating effectively with the Director of Nursing regarding medication administration and assistance.
  • Documenting medication administration on the Medication Observation Record (MOR).
  • Ensuring compliance with state regulations regarding medication and treatment documentation.

Shifts Available:
We are offering both full-time and part-time positions with shifts from 6 AM to 12 PM and 5 PM to 10 PM.

Compensation:
The pay rate ranges from $25 to $26.25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
  • Complete a state-approved training course in medication administration.
  • Maintain a valid NH license as required by state regulations.
  • Attend the Benchmark Medication Aide training program.
  • Demonstrate competency in drug administration as per state-approved protocols.
  • Possess current certification as a nursing assistant or have completed a certified home health aide training program.
  • Have a high school education (preferred).
  • Hold CPR certification or be able to obtain it within six months of hire.
  • Be physically capable of moving at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
