Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Perform other LPN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current LPN license in the state where you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
