The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. This individual must be well-versed in hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

• Provide high-quality service to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables and floors.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a visually appealing manner.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the breakfast area.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by city/county/state.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to produce high-quality drinks, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, specialty cocktails, and beverage requests.
