Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice and the organization's mission and values.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in nursing and healthcare.
Requirements:
• Current Virginia State RN License
• Basic Life Support BLS certification (may be obtained during orientation)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (new hires have 30 days to obtain, new grads have 6 months to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for ICU, ED, and/or PACU experience
