With over two decades of experience, Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) has been at the forefront of providing evidence-based, modern ABA therapy aimed at assisting individuals with autism in achieving their fullest potential. Our mission is to empower clients to cultivate the necessary skills for a joyful and meaningful life. As a Lead Behavior Intervention Specialist at AST, you will benefit from the guidance of experienced local clinical leaders and be part of LEARN Behavioral, a collaborative network of ABA service providers committed to delivering integrated care across various communities. LEARN employs a robust team of over 500 BCBAs and operates in 18 states, with an average tenure of 10 years among our clinical leaders. The Lead Behavior Intervention Specialists in this role will support clients in various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Accumulate indirect supervision hours necessary for BCBA certification.
  • Manage a team of approximately 5 interventionists and oversee client interactions.
  • Design client objectives and clinical programs.
  • Facilitate parent training and educational initiatives.
  • Prepare progress reports and lead regular team discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • BCBA eligible or in the process of accruing certification hours.
  • Extensive background in applied behavioral analysis.
  • Proven proficiency in all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist role.
  • Ability to effectively train and mentor others.
  • Strong communication and writing capabilities.
  • BCaBA certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable but not required.
