Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager will take charge of all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. This role is essential for establishing and sustaining a strong financial framework, aiding strategic decision-making, and ensuring precise financial documentation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP. Guarantee timely and precise financial disclosures.

  • Audit and Internal Controls: Develop and uphold internal controls to protect company assets. Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and coordinate all necessary activities during annual audits.
  • Financial Systems: Implement and sustain financial systems and software. Continuously seek improvements in financial processes and systems.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to back strategic initiatives and business decisions. Collaborate with other departments to offer financial guidance and support.

Qualifications:
