Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to operational goals by providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning; prepare and implement action plans; enhance productivity, quality, and customer service standards; troubleshoot issues; conduct audits; identify trends; and drive system improvements.
  2. Engage with clients to coordinate the development and enhancement of new systems.
  3. Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive project scope documents and plans that assess benefits, costs, timelines, and associated risks.
  4. Oversee project tasks by assigning, scheduling, and monitoring work to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members.
  5. Work closely with clients to define management roles, departmental responsibilities, project team structures, reporting protocols, and any necessary training for team members.
  6. Develop essential project management documentation, including RACIs and detailed project plans/task lists.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in project management.
OR
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in project management.
Preferred:
  • Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare or patient care setting.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
