Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Childcare Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.

Duties:
  • Ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of care.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional child care experience.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of child development.
