Hearing Care Professional

CEENTA is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Audiologist at CEENTA, you will play a critical role in providing diagnostic and rehabilitation services to patients, helping to improve their overall quality of life through the sense of hearing.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations, speech audiometry, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, acoustic reflex decay, otoacoustic emissions, and visual reinforcement audiometry for patients of all ages.
- Provide recommendations and counseling regarding hearing rehabilitation, including amplification devices and assistive listening devices.
- Maintain and repair amplification devices and assistive listening devices, as well as provide ongoing patient services.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with outside referral organizations and third-party payers.
- Complete all necessary documentation within Epic and required clinical forms.
- Work closely with CEENTA providers and staff to create a positive patient experience.
- Provide guidance to Audiology Assistants, as needed.
- Masters in Audiology or Au.D. degree required.
- South Carolina/North Carolina Audiology License required.
- ASHA Clinical Competency Certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ability to problem-solve and provide appropriate recommendations for patient care.
The Audiologist will work in a busy medical office, interacting with patients and family members throughout the day. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
SupervisionThe Audiologist reports to the Audiology Program Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
