Job Title: Fabrication Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team at HDT Global. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various sheet metal components using manual and automated tools.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components using hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment
- Operate a variety of machinery including Bridgeport, lathe, shear, band saw, roll brake press, tube bender, and laser cutting machine
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine material requirements and machine adjustments
- Set up and perform maintenance on fab and machine shop machines
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of industry experience in fabrication and manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and understand English language documents
- Basic math skills to perform calculations and measurements
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience

This is a full-time position with regular working hours and opportunities for overtime pay.
