Banquet Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at AEG. As a Banquet Server, you will provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders to ensure seamless service.
• Carry and transport food and beverage items with ease, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, consistently meeting DLTCC standards.
• Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, anticipating and meeting their needs.
• Setup and maintain food and beverage stations, adhering to DLTCC standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accurate tracking of food and beverage items.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently during slower times, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
• Perform safe work practices, contributing to a safe and clean work environment.
• Interact with staff and patrons, showcasing excellent social skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays, demonstrating a commitment to meeting business needs.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, adhering to company standards.
• Multitask effectively, handling multiple responsibilities with ease.
• Handle and move objects safely, adhering to lifting and carrying guidelines.
• Exhibit a positive and professional attitude, consistently demonstrating a customer-focused mindset.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in the English language.
• Apply basic arithmetic skills, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
• Stand for extended periods, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs, safely and efficiently.
• Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects, adhering to lifting and carrying guidelines.
• Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance, demonstrating a commitment to meeting business needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED, with strong preference for equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants, with a strong preference for equivalent experience.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks.
