Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring a seamless living experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and office area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for residents and staff.
  • Plan and attend resident events, fostering a sense of community and connection among our residents.
  • Follow up with residents to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Provide miscellaneous services and information to residents, as well as assisting prospective residents, vendors, contractors, and visitors as needed.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner representative of the quality of our product, serving as a primary contact between residents, prospective residents, and the company.
  • Respond to complaints, follow up on work orders, and handle general customer service needs of the property.
  • Collect rent and other payments/deposits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Accept and disburse resident packages, providing a convenient and efficient service.

Qualifications
  • A high school education or equivalent is required; a college degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer, with additional knowledge and comfort with Windows XP preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in math and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with good organizational skills, follow-up, and follow-through.
  • Understanding and experience with a wide range of property management/accounting software.
  • Marketing and budgeting experience, with the ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
  • Basic typing and computer skills, including the ability to find information on the Internet.
  • Hotel, hospitality, or other service experience is a plus.
  • This role may require a valid driver's license.
