Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to serve as a Program Officer of Youth Success on our Community Engagement & Impact team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Foundation's grant making programs and strategic initiatives for the Youth Success Impact Area.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Strategic Initiatives
  • Work with the Director of Youth Success and Grants Strategy team to imagine, develop, and implement strategic and innovative grantmaking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with public and private organizations to develop a community-wide network to accomplish Foundation's strategic directions.
  • Collaborate with Director of Youth Success and Grants Strategy team to design evaluation strategies and metrics to ensure funding outcomes are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience: Nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of foundation, agency or philanthropic or other relevant work experience and 3 years management experience.
  • Knowledge of or aptitude to quickly learn Foundant GLM.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
