Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
  • Set controls on CT equipment, monitor patient and equipment, and make adjustments as needed
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast media as necessary
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images, and label them appropriately
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
  • Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives
Requirements
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
  • Licensure in most states
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
