SUMMARY

The Program Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of technical documentation essential for MRO operations. This position entails the creation and evaluation of timely technical orders, repair methodologies, and liaising with the governmental airworthiness authority to secure approval for all proposed modifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess technical schematics for precision.
  • Oversee various aircraft enhancement and maintenance initiatives.
  • Draft design modifications for both depot and unit-level maintenance protocols.
  • Formulate time compliance technical orders (TCTOs).
  • Support the development and validation of prototype components and systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications outlined below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • Must be eligible to obtain and sustain a CAC.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or five (5) years of relevant experience providing management support to engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, financial oversight, briefings, coordination, graphic presentation, and technical analysis is essential.
  • Experience in an MRO setting with multi-engine turboprop aircraft is advantageous.
