Job Title: Donation Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in processing and sorting donations from our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and process donations from donors, issuing receipts as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized donation area, both inside and outside
• Assist in the unloading and loading of trucks and/or trailers
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting donors and carrying donations to the center
• Determine acceptable donations, exercising good judgment and communicating effectively with donors
• Maintain accurate records and deliver them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled
