Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will oversee a team, achieve sales and profit goals, manage marketing strategies, repair electronic devices, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales and profit targets.
  • Manage operational needs through effective scheduling, workflow management, and quality assessments.
  • Retain a talented workforce by providing comprehensive training and continuous coaching.
  • Meet financial objectives by managing expenses, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Enhance brand reputation by building relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Manage inventory to ensure availability of products and services.
  • Lead the team by executing essential tasks as necessary.
  • Welcome customers warmly and promote a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Provide solutions and accurate repair estimates for customer issues.
  • Communicate complex technical matters to customers in an easily understandable manner.
  • Ensure all repairs meet or exceed established quality standards.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by exceeding expectations.
  • Monitor all devices and inventory while safeguarding store assets.
  • Utilize the point-of-sale system to maintain accurate customer records and repair statuses.
  • Maintain a clean and professional store environment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with technical repair and leadership experience, who possesses:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology.
  • Expertise in device repair, including computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Proven management experience, preferably in a retail context.
  • A history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
  • Availability to work at multiple locations during training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least six months of supervisory or management experience.
  • Prior experience in a retail electronics environment.
  • A+ certification.
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.
  • Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
