Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our company's offerings and driving sales growth.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
