We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Traveling Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Traveling Retail Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our retail clients have the best opportunities for optimal sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product movement at retail locations, including displaying and tracking products to ensure optimal sales.
  • Collaborate with retail clients to understand their product needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Conduct product resets and merchandising activities to ensure that products are displayed in a visually appealing and effective manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to retail clients and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel regularly to retail locations, up to 50% or more of the time, to perform merchandising activities and provide support to clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
