Bookstore Ambassador

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Bookstore Ambassador to join our team at The Bookish Box As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling romance novels and related items to customers in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell romance novels and related items to customers in-store and online.
• Contact potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Create a positive and engaging customer experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assist with in-store book signings and small events to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and ability to operate them efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of the romance novel market and ability to stay up-to-date with trends and releases.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
