Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales through effective communication with customers and promote products to meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
- Ring sales and maintain accurate cash handling and inventory management procedures.
- Perform regular cleaning activities and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Forecast, order, and stock merchandise, with training and guidance from management.
- Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors and ensure accurate inventory levels.
Physical Requirements:
The position requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. While physical requirements may vary depending on the store location, this is a general description of the physical demands of the job.
