Key Responsibilities- Manage Life Safety Compliance Document Submissions: Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports in accordance with State and Federal requirements.
- Track and Maintain Compliance Documentation: Receive and track compliance documentation from multiple sources, including Engineering, Property Managers, Landlords, and Vendors.
- Pull Reports from Asset Management Software: Utilize Asset Management software to pull reports and maintain accurate records.
- Manage the Elements of Performance Reporting Cycle: Oversee the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycle to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Review and Upload Documents: Review all reports and documentation for compliance and accuracy, and upload and manage document submissions to SharePoint.
- Maintain Excel Spreadsheets: Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track the status of document submissions.
- Understand and Interpret Life Safety and Building Codes: Possess a strong understanding of Life Safety and Building Codes and their application to our organization.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
- Education and Experience: A four-year degree and three or more years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and SharePoint.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with building maintenance software CMS (Custom Maintenance Software) and common maintenance knowledge of core building equipment, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Life Safety systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism when working with internal and external clients.
