As an Insurance Producer, you will have the opportunity to help educators and their families achieve financial success and security. You will be responsible for providing solutions to safeguard their financial futures, including auto, home, and life insurance products, as well as retirement and financial solutions. You will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities:

* Provide financial solutions to educators and their families
* Build and maintain relationships with clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to obtain resident General Lines - Life and Health license and Property and Casualty license

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a 36-month incentive and enhanced commissions.
