The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description


This part-time Registered Nurse position at Novant Health Pediatrics Symphony Park - Charlotte involves triaging, supporting vaccine administration, and working with a team to provide quality/cost-effective service and care for the practice population. The successful candidate will coordinate and assist the provider to ensure optimal health outcomes.



Key Responsibilities



  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.
  • Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
  • Audit and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care plans.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field required.
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina required.
  • Minimum one year relevant experience preferred.
  • ACLS, PALS, BAT, and DOT certifications preferred.
