About the JobThis role will strengthen customer relations, expand the validated pipeline of opportunities, and increase the probability of winning new programs. You will work collaboratively with Leidos' Growth Office, Sector Business Development Leaders, and other professionals to exercise sound judgment and establish and maintain a solid working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers.
Main Responsibilities- Identify customer technology and service requirement gaps through market research and analysis.
- Coordinate meetings with customers and competitors to discuss business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Support cross-organizational capture activities to increase the probability of winning new programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years related experience. You should also have high potential for successful customer engagement, business development, and program and capture management, as well as access to key government customers and industry partners.
