Job Title: Extrusion Maintenance Manager

Job OverviewAs a key member of our team at The Reserves Network Inc, we are seeking an experienced Extrusion Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations during the night shift, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance operations during the night shift, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules for maintenance staff on the assigned shift.
  • Safety Meetings: Conduct and participate in safety meetings to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Issue Reporting: Address and report any employee or production issues to upper management as they arise.
  • Supervision: Directly supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support.
  • Production Support: Assist the manager with various production-related duties and maintenance planning.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Ensure all machinery and equipment in the area are functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, rebuild, and maintain plant equipment as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial machinery.
  • Extrusion Experience: Must have EXTRUSION experience
  • Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Task Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to minimize process interruptions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
