Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize the kitchen and prep station efficiently.
  • Cook and assemble dishes with attention to detail.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health standards.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the sous-chef or executive chef.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an upscale dining environment.
  • Culinary Arts certification or degree is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of culinary best practices and techniques.
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a team.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
