JOB OVERVIEW & REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members by understanding their roles and providing suitable recommendations.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and servicing on designated machinery, including compression and water disposal pumps.
  • Examine compressors, pumps, control systems, and engines utilizing pressure gauges, electronic diagnostic tools, and other equipment to detect and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Install, commission, and initiate new machinery as required, ensuring all necessary inspections and testing are completed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of company machinery and the surrounding work area.
  • Manage the inventory of essential parts and tools to ensure timely responses and maintain optimal operational efficiency of the fleet.

Qualifications:
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in using various hand tools, machine tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Able to work in extreme temperature conditions.
  • Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE
XCL Field Office
Offering flexible work schedules – 10-hour shifts.

COMPENSATION
This is a full-time contract position with competitive hourly rates based on experience level.
