- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage high-performing teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop resources, ensuring a high level of expertise and performance within the practice area.
- Anticipate and communicate the need for change, successfully implementing and promoting change management initiatives across the organization.
- Make strategic prioritization and decision-making decisions, considering multiple options, weighing risks and outcomes, and choosing the most appropriate solution.
- Foster agility and adaptability in a complex and rapidly changing environment, identifying and progressing opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with team members, building trust and credibility, and holding them accountable for high-quality performance and customer focus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or comparable military experience.
- Minimum 8-12 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
- Minimum 8-12 years of managing high-performing teams.
- Minimum 7 years of business development, lead generation, or sales experience.
- Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.
