Job Summary

Sincerus Global Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Military Peacekeeping Intelligence (MPKI) Senior Technical Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training program, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Military Peacekeeping Intelligence staff in Sub-Saharan African countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for MPKI staff, ensuring they meet UN standards and mission requirements.
  • Provide mentoring, advising, and training support to Partner Nation units, training centers, and their cadre.
  • Assess risk within the MPKI training team and work with the Team Lead to mitigate risks.
  • Support the generation of accurate and timely After-Action Reviews (AARs) and work to improve POI's and systems based on AAR feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten (10) years U.S. or foreign military experience, including service after September 11, 2001.
  • Demonstrated military experience as a military intelligence practitioner.
  • Relevant military operations or foreign security force (police or military) capacity building experience in the last 5 years.
  • Experience as a trainer to a foreign security partner, military or civilian.
Preferred Qualifications
  • French language proficiency (2:2) for Francophone countries.
  • Completion of a U.S. or foreign equivalent recognized military intelligence course for land forces.
  • Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa.
