Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in effective communication with clients, their families, and our office staff.
  • Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
  • Facilitate grocery shopping and run errands as needed.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction.
  • Remind clients to take their medications.
  • Offer transportation to medical appointments and other necessary outings.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Trustworthy and punctual.
  • Flexible with scheduling, including availability for weekend rotations.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the required language.

Available Shifts: We offer a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight positions.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to undergo a driving record check and criminal background investigation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with the potential for increases after a 90-day review and annual evaluations. We also provide:
