Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at a facility in Coalinga, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide nutritional care and support to patients, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Provide timely documentation of nutritional care in accordance with policy through nutritional assessment/progress notes.
Conduct diet counseling to all patients, assessing their dietary and health needs, and developing personalized meal plans.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care, attending team meetings and participating in nutrition meetings as needed.
Observe patients at mealtimes, providing assistance in the management of food production and ensuring a safe and healthy food environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices, attending professional meetings and seminars as appropriate.

Requirements:
Ability to build rapport with patients, demonstrating a compassionate and caring demeanor.
Familiarity with medical terminology and a valid, current CPR card (American Heart Association).
Up-to-date credentials in the state of California.
