Faculty Opportunity in Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Program

The Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University is seeking a board-certified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or a board-certified Dermatologist to serve as Faculty for the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program.

We are looking for dedicated clinicians committed to a shared mission of caring and teachers dedicated to training future leaders in dermatology through our nationally accredited program.

The successful candidate must have strong dermatology skills and a commitment to academic dermatology. Proficient competency in teaching and an interest in the training of Nurse Practitioner students are required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • MSN, DNP, MD, DO, or foreign equivalent is required
  • Board certification in Dermatology is required
  • Candidates can be licensed in any state of the United States
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:
  • Applicants should have appropriate teaching skills in an online or hybrid environment
  • Ability to function successfully in providing education and training experiences for Nurse Practitioner students in a major academic/healthcare environment
