Job Title: MSSC Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified MSSC Instructor to join our team at the State of South Carolina. As an MSSC Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching manufacturing skills to incarcerated inmates at the Federal Prison in Edgefield, South Carolina.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Teach manufacturing skills to incarcerated inmates
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a comprehensive education program
Requirements:
  • MSSC certified with a current Certified Production Technician Certificate
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check with the Federal Correction Institute
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
