As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Organization, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent to Grundfos. Based in Mexico or the US, you will work closely with our managers and Talent team to identify and recruit future colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include creatively sourcing and attracting passive candidates through various tools and channels, building a pipeline of candidates, and screening them against required skills and company-identified competencies. You will also proactively understand business needs and future requirements, building and maintaining talent pipelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant field, such as business or HR, and/or a few years of experience with sourcing in a large corporate environment or from an agency. You will also need to have great English communication skills, both verbal and written, and a creative approach to identifying and engaging potential candidates.
Additionally, you will need to be able to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity, manage multiple priorities and projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of social media and social networking sites, as well as strong analytical and research skills, are also essential.
