Position Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand's reputation and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and promote a strong brand image.
  • Oversee store operations with a focus on high-volume service.
  • Achieve RPM service objectives consistently.
  • Develop skills in organization and inventory management.
  • Train and mentor team members to meet performance standards.
  • Utilize advanced technology and equipment in the pizza industry.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Operate all in-store equipment, including ovens.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for customers and team members.
  • Manage scheduling, labor, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Implement successful marketing strategies from a well-established company.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
  • Lead team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Commit to working 40 or more hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of RPM Freshman class.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Food Safety Certification as required.
