We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Enrollment Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for current and prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be attentive to details, and possess good computer skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with over three years of relevant experience in higher education, is required. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Banner and CRM systems.

About the Role:

  • Provide information and services to current and prospective students on all programs and courses offered by the College
  • Assist with admissions, placement testing, applying for financial aid, advising, and registration
  • Certify veterans' benefits and international student enrollment
  • Evaluate credentials and determine eligibility for admission, financial assistance, veteran services, or visa documentation
  • Serve as the primary counselor for a working caseload of students
