Our bustling salon is in need of skilled professionals to meet the high demand for our services. With a base salary complemented by immediate commissions and tips, earnings can range from $25 to $35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform haircuts, coloring, and facial waxing, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure salon profitability.
  • Conduct quality consultations to understand and fulfill client needs.

Our salon offers a comprehensive range of services, including haircuts, color treatments, and specialty services, utilizing proprietary techniques for outstanding results. Clients can conveniently check in online or by phone, with no appointment necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid cosmetology or barber license as mandated by state regulations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively.
  • Capability to resolve client concerns.
  • Able to meet established sales targets.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Continuous hand and arm movements.
  • Frequent reaching, including above shoulder level.
  • Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances.
  • Ability to observe client hair closely, including color vision and focus adjustment.
  • Effective communication with clients regarding services and their preferences.
  • Occasional travel for meetings may be required.
