We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Business Data Analyst. As a key member of our Financial Services department, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing data analysis processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with financial data, statistical software, and data visualization tools is a must. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing data analysis processes and ensure data quality and integrity
  • Provide training and support to users on data analysis tools and techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with large datasets and SQL databases
