Job Title: LPN or RN

We are seeking a skilled LPN or RN to join our team for 2nd shift coverage in Oceana County. As a medical professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:
  • Provide medication passes and medication set ups
  • Treatments and wound care
  • Assist with admissions and discharges
  • Maintain proper documentation
  • Supervise CNA's
  • Utilize infection control measures
  • Observe and report patient/client status to appropriate supervisor
  • Communicate with physicians regarding patient status, medication changes, etc
