Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Advisor to join our team at Surge Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and temporary associates, while also driving sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilize sales and recruitment skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Perform resume searches, refer to established candidate pools, and utilize other staffing/job board resources to fulfill client orders in a timely manner.
- Recruit, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates and temporary associates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Successfully match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs, resulting in increased job satisfaction and reduced turnover.
- Assist in the development of business leads and retention of current clientele through exceptional customer service and strategic sales efforts.
- Act as a professional and reliable liaison between temporary associates and clients, ensuring open communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maximize billable hours to increase market share and branch profits, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred.
- Must have sales experience at least 1 year.
- Staffing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role a plus; staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry recommended.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed; reliable transportation a must.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting.
- Sales-minded, team-oriented, and exceptionally calm under pressure.
