**Job Summary:**

The Enterprise Workforce Management team is responsible for leading transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organization design. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in delivering critical workforce management assessments to inform actions and insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and formalize monitoring processes, including outlining monitoring components and defining input into roadmaps for reporting.
  • Execute monitoring processes as defined, ensuring effective application of workforce planning frameworks.
  • Prepare analysis and input for quarterly check and challenge staffing adequacy sessions, enhancing existing materials.
  • Contribute to reporting and insights around status, gaps, remediation actions progress to management committees, board, and regulators.
  • Own processes that ensure workforce planning framework related to monitoring and process are effectively applied, with checkpoints throughout the process to mitigate risks and inaccuracies and their potential downstream impacts.
