  • Efficiently and accurately prepare food items in accordance with restaurant, health, and safety protocols.
  • Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and freezers.
  • Complete necessary preparation tasks to ensure the grill area is well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Address guest concerns with composure and adhere to Dairy Queen's service recovery guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Qualifications:
