Parking Attendant Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at DealerFLEX. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, directing guest automobiles to designated parking locations, and ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
  • Direct guest automobiles to designated parking locations
  • Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, provide information about facilities and events, and offer directions to local attractions
  • Follow proper safe driving procedures and protocols
  • Report any damage claims or potential damage claims

Requirements:

  • Current valid driver's license
  • Pass Motor Vehicle Record Check according to our insurance standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to drive automatic vehicles, manual transmission preferred
  • Physical demands: regularly walk, run, and stand, particularly for sustained periods of time

Working Conditions: The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. The worker can be exposed to extreme heat/cold temperatures.

Pay Rate: $15 - 17 / hour
