Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and service, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and service
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed pharmacist with a degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job
