This role offers a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of rental operations, including customer service, fleet management, and business leadership. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will provide guidance and support as you learn the ropes.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, including PepsiCo and FedEx
- Inspection and maintenance of trailers to ensure they are in good working condition
- Manage customer accounts, including credit and collections
- Verify customer insurance coverage
- Assign repair work to vendors and XTRA Lease trailer mechanics
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, paid as an hourly rate with overtime eligibility. Other benefits include commissions pay, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement opportunity.
